 What To Do:

• To Maintain your Bio Sculpture gel overlays apply remove old varnish and apply a clear top coat on a weekly basis.
• Cleanse your overlays with Biosculpture non acetone polish remover and apply Bio Sculpture top coat, allow to dry.     
• If you are going  on holiday¸wash your hands after swimming to remove chlorine as this is a very strong chemical that can cause your gel to lift.
• After applying sun tan lotions and mosquitto repellant wash your hands thoroughly as this can cause the gel to lift and discolour.

What Not To Do:

•  Do not pick or pull the overlays off, this will damage the nails.
• Wear gloves when you are doing your household chores, gardening etc.
• Avoid contact with water as much as possible!
• Use the pads of your fingers to avoid stress on your nails.
• Acetone polish remover will take off your overlays, do not use it.
